Black Basalt Gravel 20mm is a hard-wearing angular aggregate with dark grey tones that deepen to near black when wet. Also known as Black Granite, it is suitable for a wide range of decorative landscaping applications. The durable stone provides a stable surface for driveways, pathways, and planted areas, and is suitable for use around water features. As a naturally quarried product, variations in colour, shape, and size may occur.

Please note: Products sold loose by the tonne are equivalent to 750kg when purchased in a bulk bag, while products sold by the cubic metre are equivalent to 700ltrs when purchased in a bulk bag.

When you order
- Place your order, choosing either a loose load (per tonne) or a bulk bag (750–800kg).
- A member of our team will contact you to discuss your delivery requirements, including your preferred date and time, access arrangements, and any additional space needed for the delivery vehicle.
Processing your order
- Most of our products are kept in stock on site and can be prepared for delivery quickly.
- Some products, such as turf and decorative stone, are ordered in and may therefore take longer to arrange.
- Delivery is usually made within 1–3 working days, depending on the product ordered.
- Turf deliveries are received on Wednesdays and are then sent out to customers.
Delivery on the day
- On the day of delivery, your allocated driver will phone the number provided on your order to confirm the delivery details.
- The driver will confirm the agreed delivery time, access arrangements and any specific requirements before delivering your order.
- Please ensure the agreed delivery area is accessible and that there is sufficient space for the lorry to safely complete the delivery.
